Overview Status display


This control element shows the text, symbol and colour of the function block Status evaluation. It does not calculate anything itself: which row currently applies is decided by the function block.

The advantage over several separate displays: texts, symbols and colours exist only once, in the program. When something is changed there, it changes in every visualisation and in every APP as well.

Linking: drag the control element onto the page and click it with the right mouse button. Select the desired function block in the menu - either via the program page or via "Search". The two required addresses are entered automatically.

For the link to be possible, the variables of the function block must have been generated.

Parameters
Colours from function block Switched on, the font and background colours from the condition table apply - the display therefore changes colour with the state. Switched off, the two colours set here apply and the state is only shown by text and graphic. The two colour fields are only shown while they actually have an effect.
Use style Takes the font and background colour from the active style instead of from the two fields below, which are then omitted. It is only shown when "Colours from function block" is switched off - if the colours come from the condition table, there is nothing to replace.
Background Background colour when "Colours from function block" and "Use style" are switched off.
Font Text colour when "Colours from function block" and "Use style" are switched off.

 What is shown is the status text of the function block. Font, size, alignment and offset are set through the general properties, exactly as with the universal button. The text covers the whole area and can therefore be placed freely.

Graphic
Show symbol Whether the image stored in the row is shown. If the row has no image, the area stays empty. If the box is not ticked, the following fields are omitted.
Horizontal alignment Horizontal position of the graphic: left, centred or right.
Vertical alignment Vertical position of the graphic: top, middle or bottom.
Zoom Size of the graphic as a percentage, 1 to 200. 100 % fills the area as far as the aspect ratio allows.
OffsetX / OffsetY Moves the graphic horizontally or vertically, as a percentage of the width or the height. This allows it to be placed freely next to or behind the text.

Variable links
Row
 Output NR of the function block. It determines which row is displayed.
Status text
 Output TX of the function block. It supplies the finished text with the placeholders already replaced.

Both addresses are entered automatically when linking. They are not offered in the address window because they come exclusively from the link to the function block - as with the control elements of the building automation.
